AI and software agency · EU-based · 19 platforms in production

We don’t sell AI.
We build software that keeps running after handover.

We have built 19 platforms that are in production today. Three are our own products, which you can open in another tab, prices included. Most of the others run every day inside our clients’ businesses.

The problem

Your company runs on spreadsheets and on what one person remembers.

Your office manager is about to go on holiday. They know which client wants invoices addressed to the parent company, who pays at 60 days and where the 2023 contract is filed. None of it is written down.

We write it down, in software. Fixed price, fixed deadline, and the code can be yours if you want it.

  • Four hours a week spent copying data from one system to another. That is two hundred hours a year.
  • Calls that go unanswered over lunch and quietly end up with a competitor.
  • A process only one person knows, never written down.
  • Invoices, e-invoicing submissions and regulatory filings done by hand, against fixed deadlines.
The difference, concretely

An ordinary Tuesday, before and after.

Same workload, different cost. This is a typical week at a distribution company with around twenty employees, and we see the same pattern at most new clients.

Without automation

People doing robot work

  • Someone copies orders from email into the ERP, one by one.
  • Quotes are written by hand and reach the client the next day.
  • The sales report is put together by hand in a spreadsheet every Friday.
  • Messages from the website sit unread until Monday morning.
  • Data entry errors only surface at stocktaking.

Hours every month spent on repetitive work, paid at full salary.

With ArhAI

Robots doing robot work

  • Orders from email go into the ERP automatically, already validated.
  • The quote goes out in minutes, at the right catalogue price.
  • The report is ready every morning at 7:00.
  • The chat widget on your website replies within seconds, day or night.
  • Anomalies are flagged the same day, not at stocktaking.

The same processes, with people supervising instead of doing the work by hand.

How we work

Four steps. The first one is free and ends with a price range.

  1. The 30-minute audit

A conversation, not a sales pitch. We map one of your processes and you leave with a one-page diagram and a price range. It is free, and it is yours to keep even if we never work together.

    Free · 30 minutes
  2. Fixed price and fixed deadline, in writing

We put in writing what we will build, what we will not, what it costs and when it will be ready. For standard projects, the quote arrives within 2 working days. For complex processes, the fixed price comes after a discovery phase in which we map every system and exception. You sign an amount, not an estimate that grows along the way.

Within 2 working days, or after discovery
  3. We build and show you early

You see something that works long before the end. We adjust based on what you see, not on what we both imagined at the kick-off meeting.

    In 2-week sprints
  4. We hand over everything: code, access, documentation

If you want the code, we hand it over in full, with documentation. The application can run on our infrastructure, monitored, or on your own server. Maintenance is optional: you take it because you want it, not as the price of using what you paid for.

Integrations

Anyone can set up a chatbot. Connecting it to your systems is the real work.

AI is only useful once it can read and write to the tools your business already runs on: your ERP and accounting software, e-invoicing, payment providers, couriers and calendars. We write that integration code ourselves, against each system’s API, instead of stringing plugins together.

E-invoicing and AI regulation deadlines

ObligationDeadlineWhat it means
Belgium: mandatory B2B e-invoicing over Peppol 1 January 2026, in force Domestic B2B invoices must be structured e-invoices. Fines have applied since April 2026, after a three-month tolerance period
Poland: KSeF national e-invoicing system February 2026, in force Large taxpayers since 1 February 2026, most other businesses since 1 April 2026. Penalties are waived for good-faith errors until the end of 2026
EU AI Act: transparency obligations 2 August 2026, in force AI systems that talk to people must say they are AI, and generated content must be labelled. Content-marking duties for some systems are phased in until 2 December 2026
France: e-invoicing reform, first phase 1 September 2026, in force Every company must be able to receive e-invoices; large and mid-sized companies must also issue them. Small businesses follow in September 2027
ViDA: VAT in the Digital Age 1 July 2030 Adopted in March 2025. Intra-EU B2B invoices must be electronic and reported to the tax authorities in near real time

Most of these become daily manual work unless they are handled once, in code. See how we automate them.

The guarantee

Ten calls. Made by you. Before any invoice.

We set up the agent for your company and you call it ten times. Real questions, angry customers, opening hours, prices, the lot. If it handles fewer than eight out of ten correctly, you pay nothing and we delete the whole thing. No arguments, and no deposit kept.

Applies to the AI voice agent.

Want to hear it first? Ask for a demo number in the form and we will send you one the same working day. The agent answers, not us.

Work

19 platforms in production. Three you can open right now.

These are not portfolio mock-ups. They are products with paying monthly customers, and platforms that run the day-to-day operations of real companies.

Where we are

Based in Oradea, Romania. Working with clients across Europe.

We are not an anonymous contact form. We are a registered company in Oradea, in western Romania, inside the EU, and when you call, the people who build your system answer.

Half of last year’s projects were delivered entirely remotely. If you are nearby, the first conversation can also take place in person, but nothing depends on it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does it actually cost?

An AI chatbot from €1,200, automation and integrations from €1,600, a voice agent from €2,100, a website from €2,400 and custom software from €8,500. All prices exclude VAT. Each project comes with a written deadline and, where it applies, a monthly fee shown on the service page. If your budget is below those figures, we tell you on the first call, not after three meetings.

Do you work with companies outside Romania?

Yes. We are based in the EU (Oradea, Romania) and work with clients across Europe. Half of last year’s projects were delivered entirely remotely, and every stage, from the first audit to handover, works over video calls. If you are nearby, the first conversation can also happen in person.

How are you different from an agency using n8n or Make?

Those tools are good for simple automations, and we use them where they fit. The difference shows when the process gets complicated: we write code, the code can be yours, and you do not depend on a third-party subscription that charges you per operation.

How long until I see a result?

A widget in 7 working days, a voice agent in 10, an integration in 2–3 weeks and a full application in 6–10 weeks. The deadlines are in the contract, not just in the sales presentation.

What happens to my company’s data?

It stays on infrastructure we agree on together, inside the European Union and under the GDPR. We do not train models on your data and we do not use it for other clients. You get it in writing: what is stored, where and for how long.

Can we start with something small?

That is what we recommend. Most clients start with a single process, usually the one that causes pain every day, and we move on only once they see it working.

Next step

Tell us what your team does by hand every week. In 30 minutes, we will tell you roughly what it would cost to automate it.

A conversation, not a sales pitch. We map one of your processes and you leave with a one-page diagram and a price range, both yours to keep even if we never work together.
