About us
Two people who write code, not people who assemble slide decks.
ArhAI started in 2025, in Oradea. Since then we have delivered eight applications that are running today — three of our own products with public subscription prices and five platforms built for clients. That is the whole CV, and you can check it in a browser.
What we think
“AI” was sold as magic. We sell it as software.
Only 5.2% of Romanian companies with more than ten employees used artificial intelligence in 2025 — last place in the European Union, against an EU average of about 20%.
The reason is not that Romanian companies are behind. It is that they were sold an abstract promise instead of a tool. Nobody buys “digital transformation”. Everybody buys “I stop losing three calls a day” or “I stop losing four hours every Tuesday”.

How we actually work
Four rules we have not broken yet
Fixed price and fixed deadline, not an estimate
We write down what we build and what we do not build. If we got the estimate wrong, that is our problem, not yours. Which forces us to understand the process up front rather than along the way.
We tell you when it is not worth it
If your process can be handled by a 30-euro-a-month tool, we say so instead of selling you a project. We have walked away from conversations where staying quiet would have been easier.
You always talk to the same two people
There is no “I passed it to my colleagues”. Whoever answers on the first call is who writes your code and who answers eight months later, when the tax authority changes a format.

Because you can come over. Because you see our faces. And because a supplier you can find in town behaves differently from one behind a contact form.
We deliver across Romania and half of this year’s projects were done entirely remotely. But if you are in Bihor or in Cluj, the first conversation can happen face to face — at our office or at yours, where the process we are talking about actually happens.
