ArhAI was founded in 2024 in Oradea, Romania. Since then we have put 19 platforms into production: three of our own products with public subscription prices, and the rest built for clients or for our own operations. The company is run by its two founders, who also write the code. When a project needs it, we bring in specialists in design, telephony, accounting or infrastructure. In 2025, only about one in five EU companies with ten or more employees used artificial intelligence. In Romania, where we are based, the figure was 5.2%, the lowest in the EU.
The problem is rarely the companies themselves. They were sold an abstract promise instead of a tool. Nobody buys “digital transformation”. People buy “we stop missing three calls a day” or “we get four hours back every Tuesday”.
If you want the code, we hand over the full source and documentation, so you could bring in another team tomorrow. The application can run with us, on a dedicated VPS in Europe with minute-by-minute monitoring and daily backups, or on your own server.
We write down what we will build and what we will not, and for complex processes we set the price only after a discovery phase. If we underestimate the work, that is our problem, not yours. It forces us to understand the process before we start, not halfway through.
If a €30-a-month tool can handle your process, we tell you so instead of selling you a project. We have walked away from deals where staying quiet would have been easier.
Nobody hands you over to a colleague. The person on the first call is the person who writes your code, and the one who picks up eight months later when a tax authority changes a file format.
We are a registered company in the EU, with a real office and people you can reach directly, not an anonymous supplier behind a contact form.
We are based in Oradea, in western Romania, and work with clients across Europe. Half of last year’s projects were delivered entirely remotely. If you are nearby, the first conversation can also take place at your premises, where the process we are discussing actually happens.
