We do not arrive with a new system that replaces everything. We connect to the tools you already use, through their APIs or file exchange, and the data moves on its own.

Everything on this list is included in the starting price. If you need anything extra, you get the figure before the contract, not halfway through the project.

Automation and integrations: common questions
Can you work with our ERP? Does it need an API?
An API helps, but it is not a requirement. Where there is one, we use it; where there is not, we work through the system’s import and export mechanisms or its database. On the first call we check which system and version you run and what can be automated.
What happens when the tax authority changes the format?
That is covered by the monthly fee. We have already been through several format and deadline changes, and we handle the update without starting a new project.
Do I have to replace my accounting software?
No. An integration does the opposite: you keep the tools your team already knows, and we remove the copy-and-paste step between them.
Why €1,600 and not a small monthly subscription?
Because the integration is built once, around your process, and it stays yours. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and regulatory changes. It does not charge you every month for something you have already paid for.
