One conversation in which we map the real process with the people who run it. The result is a one-page diagram and a price range.

Discovery, specification and fixed price
We write down what will be built and what will not, once we have seen every system and exception. Only then do you get the fixed price: you sign a deadline and an amount, not an estimate.
Week 1 -
Sprints you can actually see
Every two weeks you open a working version and tell us what to adjust.
Weeks 2–9 -
Full handover
Access, documentation, training and the code, if you want it. Monthly maintenance is available if you want it, but it is never the price of using what you paid for.

Why from €8,500?
Because below that you do not get an application you can run your operations on, you get a prototype. If your budget is smaller, we tell you on the first call and suggest a single targeted automation instead of a full application.
Who owns the code, and where does the application run?
The code can be yours: if you want it, we hand over the full source code with documentation at delivery, so another team could pick up where we left off. The application can run on our infrastructure (a dedicated server in the EU, Docker, automatic certificates, minute-by-minute monitoring and daily backups that we test by restoring them) or on your own server, in which case we also hand over the installation instructions.
Do you build CRMs?
Yes, and it is one of our most common requests. We have built CRMs for a marketing agency and for our own operations. Unlike an off-the-shelf subscription such as Pipedrive, the workflow follows the way you sell, it connects directly to your invoicing and telephony, and the data sits in a separate database that belongs to you alone, on our servers or yours. If your sales process is simple, we will tell you honestly to buy a subscription. We do not build what you can get for €40 a month.
What technologies do you use?
Laravel and PHP for applications with a lot of business logic, Next.js and TypeScript for interfaces and public-facing products, PostgreSQL or MySQL, and containerised deployment. The project decides the technology, not the other way round.
How long until I see something?
Two weeks to the first version you can open. Not a mock-up, but an application running on a real domain that you can log into.
